Mattress (30-day Mattress and Mattress Pad Trial)
While we are confident that with so many to choose from, you will find the perfect SULTAN mattress or mattress pad* that would suit your needs. But if you find that the mattress / mattress pad that you have purchased is not to your liking, you are welcome to exchange for another one, or have your money back!
There¡¦s no rush, too. You have 30 days to sleep on it!
* 30-day Mattress and Mattress Pad Trial does not include JAREN, SULTAN FORSEN mattresses; SULTAN ALBY, SULTAN ARNÖ mattress bases; all children and baby mattresses and mattress pads.
Terms and conditions:
Customers should bring the original delivery note and Sales Memo, within 30 days upon mattress / mattress pad delivery, to any IKEA store in Hong Kong for refund or exchange as follows:

All refund or exchange must be completed within 30 days from the date of delivery. |
| 2. |
Any returned item can only be exchanged for purchases made at IKEA HK within the credit period specified. The Customer is liable to pay the difference for a higher valued item and will be issued a credit note if he chooses a lower valued item. |

Refund shall only be done through the same payment method as you made the purchase. If your purchase is paid by credit card, we will refund to the same credit card used for your purchase. The maximum amount of cash refund is HK$ 500. If the amount refunded is over HK$500, a cheque will be issued for collection. |
| 4. |
No refund will be made to items purchased under any Credit Card Installment Program. Once the Credit Card Installment Program is confirmed, no refund will be allowed. |
| 5. |
No refund or exchange will apply if any incidental damage to the mattress is found. |
| 6. |
The mattress / mattress pad returned must be of the same model as stated in the sales memo. |
| 7. |
Refund is only applicable to product price and not service charges. |
| 8. |
This policy is not applicable to bargain items or any replacement mattress exchanged under the ¡§25-year Mattress Guarantee¡¨. |

IKEA HK will arrange for free collection and / or delivery services for the mattress and mattress pad provided that the collection address is the same as the delivery address and the collection service is rendered at the same time as the delivery. Delivery charges will be applicable to all locations on the outlying islands of Hong Kong or in Macau. IKEA HK shall impose such rates of charges and conditions of delivery as it deems fit from time to time. |

All decisions of IKEA HK shall be final. |
| 11. |
In the event of discrepancy, the English version shall prevail. |
