30-Day Return & Exchange Guarantee

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, simply return both the original Sales Memo and the unused item in its original package in order to effect an exchange or refund within 30 days of the date of the Sales Memo.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for refund or exchange of IKEA Gift Vouchers, plants, damaged glassware, earthenware, mirror, unwrapped mattresses, bedlinens, cut fabric, cut blinds, light bulbs, bargain items, discounted goods, food items or items damaged after acknowledgment of receipt (except due to manufacturing faults). No refund will be made to discounted goods or items purchased under any Credit Card Instalment Program.

Any returned item can only be exchanged for items of the same or higher value and Customer is liable to pay the difference for a higher valued item. No credit will be given for exchange of items of lower value. For any return/ refund/ exchange of products that require collection services, We will impose a service charge upon the request.

Refund shall always be done through the same payment method as you purchased. If your purchase is paid by credit card, we will refund to the same credit card while your purchase. The maximum amount of cash refund is HK$500. If the amount is over HK$500, we will refund by a cash cheque.

In the event of conflict between the English and Chinese versions, the English version shall prevail.
