30-day Return and Exchange Guarantee

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the unused and non-assembled item in its original package with the original Sales Memo, within 30 days of the date of the Sales Memo for either an exchange or a refund.

We regret that we cannot accept returns for previously assembled items, IKEA Gift Vouchers, plants, PERSONLIG solid worktop, damaged glassware, earthenware, mirror, unwrapped mattresses, bedlinens, cut fabric, cut blinds, light bulbs, bargain items, discounted goods, food or items damaged after acknowledgment of receipt.
