Delivery service
Charges
We provide delivery services to Macau at
only 10% of the product price (the minimum charge is HK$500).
Scheduling
Delivery is scheduled on
Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays each week. Each Monday is the
cut-off day for accepting orders for delivery in the same
week. Delivery orders made on or after Tuesday will be scheduled
for delivery on the following Friday, Saturday, Sunday and
Mondays.
Procedure of Order and Delivery Services
in Macau
Using our Macau Delivery Service is simple.
No matter what method of purchase you choose, you can relax
at home and wait for your goods to arrive at your door.
1) Shopping at IKEA Hong Kong
Our
staff will arrange for the Delivery Service.
2) Fax / Email Order

* The Order Confirmation will list out
items that can be purchased successfully. Ordered items that
are out of stock will not be listed on the Order Confirmation.
Final prices of items shall be those prevailing on the issuing
date of the Order Confirmation.
** If ordering by fax / email, we will
start scheduling the delivery of your order only after we
have received the Order Confirmation and the Credit Card Authorization
Form.

Our Delivery Service does not apply to breakables,
plants & display items sold, and to addresses where goods cannot be
delivered via stairs but have to go through the balcony on arrival, or flats on
the 9th floor or above in buildings without elevators. |

Orders will be dispatched from Hong Kong on Tuesday of your
delivery week. No amendments to your order can be made after dispatch. If you
wish to change your delivery week, please inform us by Tuesday noon, or else an
administration fee of HK$200 will be charged. A similar fee will be charged if
delivery must be re-arranged due to nobody being at home at the agreed delivery
time. |

All items will be arranged for delivery within a month from the date of
purchase. If you cannot arrange for your goods to be delivered within the said
month, IKEA will contact you to arrange for a cancellation of the order and
arrange for a refund. |

The deliveries will be suspended under bad weather conditions, such as rain
with thunderstorm, or when typhoon signal No.8 is hoisted or a black rainstorm
warning is in effect. Delivery appointment will be re-arranged. |
30-Day Return & Exchange Guarantee
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, simply return both the original Sales Memo and the unused item in its original package within 30 days of the date of the Sales Memo to effect an exchange or a refund. If your goods need to be collected# in Macau, 10% of the product price will be charged as the collection fee (the minimum charge is HK$500).
For items delivered to you by our delivery team, we will come and collect them should they be found damaged.
# The date and time for collection of goods in
Macau is to be arranged individually. If the delivery of replacement goods
cannot be arranged in the same week, a new delivery will be scheduled as soon
as possible, according to shipment schedules and availability of stocks.

We do not accept returns for refund or exchange of
IKEA Gift Vouchers, plants, damaged glassware, earthenware, mirror, unwrapped
mattresses, bedlinens, cut fabric, cut blinds, light bulbs, bargain items,
discounted goods, food items or items damaged after acknowledgement of receipt
(except due to manufacturing faults). No refund will be made to discounted
goods or items purchased under any Credit Card Instalment Program.

Any returned item can only be exchanged for items of the same or
higher value and Customer is liable to pay the difference for a higher valued
item. No credit will be
given for exchange of items
of lower value. |

For any return/ refund/ exchange of products that require collection services, We will impose a service charge upon the request. |

Refund shall always be done through the same payment method as you purchased. If your purchase is paid by credit card, we will refund to the same credit card while your purchase. The maximum amount of cash refund is HK$500. If the amount is over HK$500, we will refund by a cash cheque. |

event of conflict between
the English and Chinese
versions, the English
version shall prevail. |
Assembly Service
We can arrange for an assembly service*,
the charge is only 10% of the product price.
*Please note that
this assembly service is strictly limited to IKEA product
parts assembly and not applicable to kitchen and bathroom
areas.
