Hong Kong & Macau stores:
The disposed furniture must be the same category with purchased one, and no more than the purchased quality.
Disposal of in-frame accessories is included in disposal service fee.
If customer would like to reschedule the disposal service after order placed, please note that the delivery (and assembly, if applicable) services on the same order will be rescheduled together. Please contact IKEA at least 3 days (HK) / 5 days ( Macau ) prior to the delivery date if needed, or HKD $200/ MOP $220 will be charged as administrative fee.
IKEA does not provide on-site disposal service without prior arrangement.
This service does not apply to outlying islands except Lantau Island, Mainland China and online customer.
Marble made furniture, electrical appliances, light bulbs, light tubes, and other non-furniture items are excluded from this service and will not be collected.
Customer should remove all personal belongings and make sure the old furniture is ready to be disposed so as to avoid loss.
All furniture to be disposed has to be free-standing or already dismantled to allow it to be removed through the main door and the elevator. IKEA does not provide any dismantle service or disposal service through window or balcony.
We will not return the any disposed item with your confirmation.
We have no liability to you for any damage to the interior or exterior of your property or to any other items when removing the product to the extent that such damage is your fault or you have failed to move such items to facilitate the removal.
We will only provide this service for domestic and private use. You agree not to use this service for any commercial, business or re-sale purpose, and we have no liability to you for any loss due to improper use of the service.
