Christmas tree collection and recycle service terms & conditions: ↓↓

Christmas tree collection and recycle service is a time-limited service, available from 30 December 2025 to 6 January 2026.
Customers must confirm the collection and recycle service at the time of purchase.
The collection and recycle service is subject to a first-come-first-served basis.
Once the collection and recycling service is booked and confirmed, no changes can be made. Additionally, the service fee is non-refundable.
Each address may book the collection and recycling service only once. The number of trees collected must not exceed the quantity ordered. The service fee will be calculated at HKD $250 per tree.
All lightings and decorations should be removed thoroughly before collection. IKEA Hong Kong reserve the right to reject collection if the lightings and decorations are not removed.
In the event that no one is available to receive the collection at the address provided on the scheduled collection date and time, the recycling fee shall be forfeited. And no secondary collection arrangement will be offered.
IKEA reserves the right to vary or interpret the terms and conditions. In the event of inconsistency between the English version and any other language translations, the English version shall prevail. IKEA‘s decision is final in all matters relating to this.
