If you've lost any parts due to disassembly or moving, you can first download the assembly instructions from our website and note the part numbers. Then, visit the spare parts wall at the Customer Service department in-store, or contact our Customer Support Centre for assistance.
How to find the spare parts you needs?
Search for the product on IKEA.com.hk or IKEA App
Click “Product features” section in the product page.
Open the “Assembly & Documents” section. There you can find the assembly document of products.
The spare parts and identification number can be found in the products assembly instructions.
