Ingredients (serves 4):

  • 1 box of VÅFFLOR waffles
  • 1 pack SJÖRAPPORT peeled shrimps, frozen
  • SYLT LINGON Lingonberry jam, organic
  • SJÖRAPPORT Cured cold smoked salmon, asc certified/frozen
  • SJÖRAPPORT Seaweed pearls, red & black
  • 200m Crème Fraiche
  • ½ Red onion, minced
  • 1 bunch of asparagus
  • Chopped onion
  • Dill

Cooking steps:

  1. Heat butter in a frying pan and fry the waffle until golden brown. Add salt to taste.
  2. Remove waffle from pan. Add asparagus to the pan and sauté for 3 minutes until soft inside.
  3. Stir crème fraiche and spread onto waffles,
    • Top with seaweed pearls (red), red onion mince, chopped onion
    • Or top with cured cold smoked salmon, seaweed pearls (black), dill
    • Or top with 3 to 4 peeled shrimps, asparagus, red onion mince,
    • Or top with lingonberry jam only
