Ingredients (Serves 4):

  • GRATÄNG POTATIS Potatoes au gratin, frozen
  • SJÖRAPPORT Cured cold smoked salmon, asc certified/frozen
  • SJÖRAPPORT Salmon fillet, asc certified/frozen
  • 3 Eggs
  • 300ml Milk
  • Salt
  • Lemon slice
  • Dill

Cooking steps:

  1. Cut salmon fillet into 2x2 cm cubes. Slice cured salmon into long strips.
  2. Combine salmon fillet, cured salmon, potatoes and salt and place into baking dish.
  3. Mix eggs and milk in a bowl, then pour mixture over potatoes and salmon.
  4. Bake for 40 minutes at 200C.
  5. Garnish with dill and lemon. Serve.
