IKEA Easy Recipe: Shrimp Cocktail
Ingredients (Serves 4)：
- SJÖRAPPORT Peeled shrimps, frozen 250g
- Salad greens (chopped)
- 2 Eggs
- 4 Small lemon wedges
- 4 Cherry tomatoes
- Cocktail sauce
- Mayonnaise
- 1 Spring of Dill
Cooking steps:
- Boil eggs for 7 minutes.
- Remove eggs from pot and chill in ice water (for soft-boiled eggs).
- Drain, peel and cut the eggs in half.
- Place salad greens in the cup.
- Top with cocktail sauce, cherry tomatoes, shrimps, eggs and lemon wedges.
- Garnish eggs with mayonnaise and dill.
