- e-coupon codes are issued only to select customers based on specific eligibility criteria, which may include but not limited to purchase history, site engagement, account status, or other eligibility factors.
- e-coupon codes validity period is as stated on the communicated site elements (e.g., banners, pop-ups, promotional pages, etc.); customers are advised to refer to those details for accurate usage dates.
- The e-coupon codes usage period and shopping time will be based on the records of IKEA Hong Kong and Macau’s servers. Late transactions will not be accepted.
- Lost or expired e-coupon codes will not be honored or resend.
- To enjoy the offer, customers must apply the e-coupon code at checkout and complete their purchase and payment on IKEA Hong Kong website (www.ikea.com.hk) within the e-coupon code usage period.
- A minimum purchase of HK$1,000 (calculated based on the net product price, excluding service fees) is required in a single order.
- The offer is only applicable to selected home furnishing and home accessory products available for online purchase and is valid upon receiving an order confirmation email.
- Each e-discount code can be used once only. Only one e-coupon code is allowed per transaction and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers.
- No exchanges or refunds are allowed for items purchased using the e-coupon codes.
- The e-coupon codes are only applicable to products with stock available in the warehouse for IKEA Hong Kong and Macau online shopping. Please note that stock availability may be affected by bigger than expected demand, and the inventory levels may not be updated on the website in real time. In stock out cases, we will contact customer via phone or email and assist accordingly.
- The e-coupon codes cannot be redeemed for cash.
- IKEA reserves the right to vary or interpret the conditions of the promotion. In the event of inconsistency between the English version and any other language translations, the English version shall prevail. IKEA‘s decision is final in all matters relating to this offer.
