Customer bring the unopened curtains along with original invoice or order confirmation mail to IKEA Sha Tin, Kowloon bay, Causeway bay, Tsuen Wan or Macau store.

Customer request the shortening service at the Store Home textiles section, and process in cashier. Production time is approximately 5–7 days.

After receiving the SMS notification, customer collect the shortened curtains at the same store where the service was requested. (No delivery option is available for this service)
