  1. This offer is exclusively for IKEA for Business customers in Hong Kong and Macau.​

  2. Offer is valid until 31 December 2026. (All deliveries must be completed by 31 March 2027)​

  3. Orders must be placed on behalf of a company, and customers are required to provide company information (e.g., company name, title, business email).​

  4. We will validate the provided information before accepting the offer.​

  5. This promotion is only valid for purchases of furniture and home accessories through IKEA for Business department in IKEA Store or remote order. It cannot be used for any spending in IKEA online shopping, IKEA Restaurant and Café, Swedish Food Market, IKEA Bistro, IKEA FiKET, all service charges, and purchases of non-IKEA kitchen appliances, display items, bargain items, and IKEA Gift Cards. ​

  6. Customers must place an order for home furnishing and accessories products totaling HKD/ MOP 8,000 or more to qualify for free delivery to a single location (not applicable to Lamma Island, Cheung Chau, and Peng Chau).​

  7. Purchase discount are available only when a specified minimum amount has been reached (calculated before service charges).​

  8. The minimum purchase requirements are calculated based on the net price of products, excluding any service fees, and must be on a single order.​

  9. If a customer cannot meet the purchase amount due to a refund or exchange, they must pay the original delivery service charge and/or forfeit the discount value. ​

  10. Free delivery does not cover stair carry fees. Additional fees will apply if the delivery address is over 100 meters from the unloading point. For details on delivery services and additional charges, please refer to the IKEA website.​

  11. These offers are subject to existing stock. In case of large orders, we will contact customers via phone or email for confirmation and follow-up.​

  12. To use other offers, the net value after discount must meet the HKD/ MOP 8,000 requirement to qualify for free delivery.​

  13. These offers cannot be exchanged for cash.​

  14. These offers are not transferable, reusable, and photocopies will not be accepted.​

  15. IKEA reserves the right to interpret and amend these terms and conditions. In case of any discrepancies between the English version and translations, the English version shall prevail. Decisions by IKEA regarding these offers are final.
