Getting your screen at the right height
If you place your screen at the correct height, you relieve strain on your neck and shoulders. And a VATTENKAR laptop/monitor stand or an ELLOVEN monitor stand with drawer even give you extra storage, too. The ELLOVEN stand has a solid back but with a little opening in it for cables so you can keep things tidy.
With a DUBBLA laptop stand you can use your laptop whether you’re sitting or standing and easily go from one to the other in seconds. So even if you don’t have a height-adjustable desk, your body gets the benefit of changing your position.
Get more comfortable with ergonomic accessories
Standing up at your desk for parts of the day is good for your body, including your circulation. A thick FREIVID standing mat with a machine-washable cover makes it more comfortable. While putting your feet up on a DAGOTTO footrest can help you sit in a good position and reduce strain on your body. And you can use this ÖVNING multifunctional ergonomic footrest to support your lumbar region, knees and ankles, too.
