1. What is IKEA Plan and order point in Hang Hau?
This Plan and order point aims to offer a brand-new, all-round shopping experience, and to create a better everyday life for the many people. It offers storage ideas for dining room, bedroom and children’s room, while customers can also find their favourite delicacies from Sweden in the Swedish Food Market.
2. What should I do if the product I want is not available at Plan and order point?
As Plan and order point only provides certain selected products, you may place your order online or visit our Kowloon Bay Bay store.
3. Is there any limitation for the items to be kept in the self-pickup locker?
The self pick-up locker is only applicable to online orders with package size smaller than 30cm x 50cm x 30cm and weight less than 10kg.
4. After placing an order online, when can I collect the order using the self pick-up locker?
We will send you a text message in 2 days after receiving your order, and you can collect your order at the self pick-up locker within 48 hours after receiving our message. The self pick-up locker is open with 24 hours.
5. How long can my order kept in the self pick-up locker?
We provide free storage for up to three days. However, due to the limited storage space, if you fail to pick up your order within three days from the designated pick-up date, the order will be returned to our warehouse on the fourth day, and the transaction will be cancelled automatically. If you placed the order online, we will refund using your original payment method. If you still want the product, you have to order it again.
6. Can I return my purchase at Plan and order point?
If you are not happy with your purchase, please return your unused item in its original package with either the original Sales Memo or printed Online sales order invoice to Plan and order point within 365 days from the invoice date for a refund. If you only bring the invoice without the item to be returned, your return request will not be accepted. (Remark: Hang Hau Plan and order point only accept sales invoice from Tai Koo Plan and order point, invoice from other store cannot refund in this plan and order point.)
