If you are not happy with your purchase, please return your unused item in its original package with either the original Sales Memo or printed Online sales order invoice to Tai Po Store within 365 days from the invoice date for a refund. If you only bring the invoice without the item to be returned, your return request will not be accepted. (Remark: Tai Po Store only accept sales invoice from Tai Po Store, invoice from other stores cannot refund in this store.)
