Assembly / Wall-mounting Service
You’ll find instruction on how to assemble the furniture in the package. Or if you wish, we can arrange assembly service for you at a reasonable price.

^ The assembly service charge is strictly limited to IKEA product assembly and not applicable for kitchen and bathroom areas. If anchoring device is provided, the furniture must be fixed to the wall permanently to prevent it from tipping over.
If delivery or assembly cannot be completed due to installation space limitations, wall structure, or other on-site environmental conditions at the delivery address, the service will be considered as provided, and the delivery service fee is non-refundable. If a return is required under such circumstances, an additional return delivery fee will be charged.
Customers are responsible for ensuring in advance that:
• The installation space is adequate (including doorways, corridors, lift dimensions, etc.)
• The wall material, structure, and internal piping are suitable for installation or drilling
* The assembly service can be arranged at the same time as the delivery service; for the furniture assembly service after picking up the product and after the delivery has been completed, we will charge an administrative fee of HKD$200/MOP$220 and a 15% assembly fee of the product price.

- Sofa assembly service charge varies for different combination selected.
- This service must be used together with the delivery and assembly services. The assembly and wall-mounting services must be carried out at the same address as the delivery address for the furniture.
Wall-mounting service
Wall-mounting service is available with the purchase of selected products#. For furniture items, wall-mounting service is provided at a charge of HKD$60 (Hong Kong customers) / MOP$60 (Macau customers) for each item. This service is not applicable to Online sales.#This service is suitable for wall-mounted furniture, wall frames, picture frames, and mirror products.
Terms and Conditions:
- This service must be used together with the delivery and assembly services. The assembly and wall-mounting services must be carried out at the same address as the delivery address for the furniture or home furnishing accessories.
- This offer is for selected IKEA products only. Products to be wall-mounted MUST include all parts of the specified products purchased. This service does not apply to partial wall-mounting.
- This service is only applicable to living room, dining room and bedroom areas. Concrete wall is a must.
- The person receiving the goods at your delivery address shall be over 18 years of age and shall be deemed your authorised representative and that any instructions/ information provided and act done by such authorised representative shall be deemed instructions/ information provided and act done by you.
