Seemed like a good idea at the time – 30-day return and exchange policy!
If you are not satisfied with our products, you can return the new and unused products together with the original invoice to the store where you purchased within 30 days from the date of purchase or 3 days after the goods collection.
We cannot accept exchange or return of previously assembled, open packaging or damaged items, discounted display items, food, plants and all products that have already been cut.
We will give you a full refund by the same method as your original payment for products that are returned with the invoice. For payment made with credit card, please bring the concerned credit card with you.
Products purchased under discount and/or Credit Card Installment Program can only be exchanged to another product (of equal or higher value and the customer shall pay the difference in product price) or IKEA Gift Card (Valid for 2 years). No cancellation will be arranged once the Credit Card Installment Program is confirmed. For customers who paid by installments with their credit card and required a refund for other exceptional reasons, we are only able to refund the corresponding amount to an IKEA Gift Card.
In case you change your mind after goods delivery and you require onsite retrieval service, please visit the Customer Service counter at the IKEA store where you had made the original purchase along with the original sales order and invoice to arrange. For online sales order, please send an e-mail to online.sales@IKEA.com.hk. HK$200(Hong Kong) /HK$350(Macau)/HK$1000(Outlying Islands) will be charged. We cannot accept exchange of goods in Macau Merchandise Pick-up Point.
