With these 2 training weights you can do several different exercises that help you strengthen arm and back muscles

Made of cast iron and weigh 3 kg each.

To train your shoulders – place your arms straight down with one weight in each hand. Slowly bring your outstretched arms straight up until you reach shoulder height and slowly lower them again.

To train your biceps – stand with your hips wide apart and lift the weights up towards your chest by bending your elbows. Lower them slowly again.

To train your triceps – lean slightly forward with your arms at a 90-degree angle, then lift the weights straight back until your arm is extended.
